This page, together with our Privacy Policy and General Website Terms & Conditions, tells you information about us and informs you of the legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which govern your use of our (“Seller”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) webstore (the “Webstore”).
These Terms will apply to any contract between you and Us for your purchase of video game related products, items and other content (“Products”) on the Webstore (“ Contract”).
Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before ordering from the Webstore. Before placing an order, you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept, you won't be able to order.
Print a copy or save these Terms for future reference.
We amend these Terms from time to time, as set out in Condition 11. Every time you wish to place an order, check these Terms. Last updated: 12th June 2023.
These Terms are only available in English.
Information about us
We are a licensed seller for goods for this game, game server or Discord server
(“Platform”). We buy licenses for the use of digital goods and software from the
Platform, which we sell to end-customers.
We are Tebex Limited t/a Tebex, a company registered in England and Wales

Use of the Webstore
Your use of the Webstore is governed by our General Website Terms & Conditions. Please read them as they contain important terms that apply to you.
Our relationship with the Platform and how the Contract is formed
- The Webstore guides you step-by-step to place an order; check for errors before submitting.
- We license logos and assets for selling digital content; you receive only a license, not ownership.
- Contracts for Products are between you and us, not you and the Platform.
- We may refuse/decline any sale for reasons including fraud.
- Contact us for support regarding Products or the Contract.
All digital items provided are licensed, not sold. Licenses are personal, non-transferrable, and non-resellable.
Problems with the Products
Your contract with us means we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any products or queries you have. Refer to Clause 4.6 for contact methods. If external/ancillary support is needed, we will advise as appropriate.
The Webstore and Products
- All IP in the Webstore is owned by us; all IP in Products is owned by the Platform and licensed to us.
- No guarantee of continuous, virus-free or secure operation.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of bans or Platform operation.
- In-game tokens/credits (“Virtual Currency”) are non-transferable and hold no real-world value.
- We monitor purchases and may revoke Virtual Currency at our discretion if used unusually or fraudulently.
Restrictions on use of Webstore
- Use only for personal, non-commercial purchases.
- Do not copy, republish, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Webstore.
How we use your personal information
We use your information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it, as it contains important terms.
Age restriction
You may only purchase Products if you are at least 16 years old.
Order process
- All sales are processed at https://checkout.tebex.io/. Payment methods and fees shown during checkout.
- Orders are subject to these Terms and any relevant game/service publisher terms.
- Contact us for queries regarding orders or Terms.
Our right to vary these Terms
- Terms may change from time to time; latest version applies at time of order.
- We’ll notify you in advance of changes that affect your order.
- You may cancel if you do not accept changes before delivery.
Right of Withdrawal and Refund for EU customers
- This applies to EU customers only.
- EU law grants withdrawal rights, but these can expire once you download/access digital content.
- Refer to Schedule 1 for full legal text and details.
Further Rights
As a consumer you have legal rights regarding faulty, not-as-described, or careless provision of Products. These are unaffected by the withdrawal terms; seek advice if needed.
Delivery
Delivery of Products is performed by us. Contact us for queries regarding delivery.
Price of Products
- Prices are as quoted at checkout and may change, but once you order, your price is locked in.
- VAT may be added as required by law.
- Payment by third-party processors; VAT handling included as required.
How to pay
- Acceptable payment methods listed at checkout.
- You must be authorized to use provided payment instruments.
- IP proxying or circumventing location restrictions is forbidden.
- Some payments may include additional fees.
Our liability
- We’re responsible for foreseeable loss/damage from breach or negligence. Not for unforeseeable or indirect losses.
- We don’t exclude liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Third-party brand names/images are trademarks of respective owners; no endorsement implied.
Third-Party Sites
Webstore may link other sites/vendors. Your dealings with them are at your own risk. We disclaim liability for third-party sites and content.
Other important terms
- We may transfer Terms’ rights/obligations but this doesn't affect your rights.
- You may only transfer if we agree in writing.
- Only you/us have rights under these Terms.
- If any term becomes invalid/unenforceable, others remain in effect.
- English law applies; courts of England have jurisdiction (with provisions for Northern Ireland/Scotland residents).
- Nothing in these Terms limits your local consumer-law rights.
Ancillary Services
To use Products, ancillary third-party services (servers, etc.) may be required, subject to their own terms—these do not affect your agreement with us and are non-refundable after purchase.
- This Schedule only applies to EU customers.
- As a user of the Webstore domiciled in an EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase on the Webstore without giving any reason.
- For any digital content purchased online, you have agreed upon checkout that the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after purchase or when you start downloading content for the first time, whichever is sooner.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal written statement (email).
- You must communicate the withdrawal before the period expires to meet the deadline.
- If exercised, we will reimburse all payments within 14 days via the original payment method, with no fees for reimbursement.
- Statutory right of withdrawal doesn’t apply once you give express consent for digital content supply before the period ends.
